Akwa Ibom State University, AKSU has released the names of successful candidates who have been offered Admission into the various degree programmes of the 2022/2023 academic session. If your 2022 JAMB/UTME score was 160 or above, made AKSU your first choice, registered for AKSU 2022/2023 Post UTME Screening Exercise, uploaded your credentials on JAMB portal and submitted the relevant admission requirement documents during the Post UTME Screening Exercise, then you have a better chance of gaining admission into AKSU. AKSU is one of the most sought-after higher institutions in the South Southern part of Nigeria, as such, candidates who seek to study in the university must possess some levels of academic excellence.
How To Check AKSU Admission List For 2022/2023 Academic Session
Currently, you can only access your AKSU admission status on JAMB admission status checking portal by following the steps below:
1. With your Android phone or Laptop, visit the JAMB E-Facility portal
2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Select your Exam year (2022) and Enter your JAMB registration number in the required columns.
5. Finally, click on ‘Check Admission Status‘ to access your AKSU admission status. You'll see if you have been offered admission or not. Successfully admitted candidates are advised to:
1. Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
2. Print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
3. Print their original JAMB result slip (this comes with passport photography affixed to it).
4. Apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal in case they are offered courses different from the ones they initially applied for.
